Changing eyecolor - Twilight Eye
Please note: This tutorial variates from eye to eye, since no eye color is all alike~ This is only an exampel, which hopefully gives you an idea of the tecnique -Play around with it! Hope it helps!
• I choose this picture



• Select the color part of the eye

• go to "select" -> "feather..." ex.

• choose "2px" ex.

• select tool "Dodge tool" (settings// Range: Midtones. Exposure: 30%) ex. &ex.

• Dodge around making the color lighter, to make it easier to add new color

• Press "Ctrl+B" which makes color balance pop up ex.

• settings; (Midtones: +27//+13//-29) (Highlights: +19//0//-17)

• select tool "Burn tool" (setting// Range: Shadows. Exposure: 30%) ex.

• make some random burn

• make a copy of the selection

• set the new layer (the copy of the eyecolor) "softlight" & "Fill: 60%" ex.

• merge the two layers (by selecting the top layer and click "ctrl+e"

• select tool "Burn tool" (setting// Range: Midtones. Exposure: 30%) ex. & ex.

• make some random burn

• create new layer

• Fill the selection (of the eyecolor) with the color: #AC6518

• set the layer to "softlight" & "Opacity: 38%) ex.
